The City of Levelland reported $631,854 in building permits for the month of December 2022, bringing the total amount to $20.8 million, coming into the new year. In December, the city granted 16 permits pushing the yearly total to 470.
Two building permits were issued with one being a mobile home and the other a business. Four certificates of occupancy’s were given as well as 10 additional permits.
A mobile home building permit was issued to Roys Mobile Home Service at 1718 8th St. for $2,500.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Jones & Associates at 1409 W Jefferson for $13,425.
A commercial roofing permit was issued to Forster Construction at 301 Cherry Street for $400,000.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Andrus Brothers Roofing, Inc., at 1818 8th St. for $30,000.
A certificate of occupancy was issued to Ricker Properties at 800 8th St., for $25.
A residential building permit was issued to Anaberta Trejo at 1613 Grant St., for $1,500.
A residential roofing permit was issued to West Texas Commercial Roofing at 106 Joliett for $18,086. A commercial building permit was to Teinert Construction at 1105 W Highway 114 for $100.000.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Rockin B General Contractor at 407 Pine for $4,500.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Texas Roofing Division at 117 Parkwrood Lane for $16,612. A certificate of occupancy was issued to Stor it USA at 12th St at 908 12th St for $25.
A certificate of occupancy was issued to Stor it USA at 10th St at 111 12th St for $25.
