The Hockley County 286th Judicial District Court had 22 indictments for the month of October.
Juanita Solis, 35, on or about October 1, the defendant knowingly operated a vehicle without authorization, concealed a pipe suspected of containing methamphetamine, with the intent to impair its availability as evidence in any subsequent investigation or official proceeding related to the offense.
Additionally, on or about October 1, a second count for intentionally and knowingly possessing a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, while in the Hockley County Jail, a correctional facility.
The overall charges in the indictment are, tampering, fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and prohibited substance, item in correctional, civil commitment facility. Bond was set at $5,000.
Clinton Buck Redding, 37, on or about July 22, knowingly and intentionally agreed to pay a fee to another individual, for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
A second count in the indictment states, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another individual, for the purpose of engaging in a deviate sexual conduct with the individual, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
Charges in the indictment are soliciting prostitution, other payor. Bond was set at $2,500.
Dlannee Jordan Alexander, 29, on or about August 24, the indictment states the defendant knowing an investigation was in process possessed fraudulent use or possession of identifying information of less than five items, concealed a clear baggie containing suspected methamphetamine, with the intent to impair its availability as evidence in the investigation.
A second count within the indictment states the defendant, on or about August 29, with the intent to harm or defraud another, and without the consent or effective consent of an individual, possessed less than five items of the identifying information of the complainant, namely the complainant’s bank account number.
A third count in the indictment state the defendant, on or about August 29, intentionally and knowingly possessed a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, in an amount of less than one gram.
Facing three charges, fraudulent use, possession of identifying information under five items, prohibited substance, item in correction, civil commitment facility and possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under one gram, bond was set at $2,500.
Robert Lee Bush, 41, on or about September 4, the defendant knowingly and intentionally threatened a complainant with imminent bodily injury by pinning the individual against the wall and did then and there use or exhibit a deadly weapon, namely a sledgehammer, during the commission of the assault.
A second count in the indictment states, on or about September 7, the defendant knowingly and intentionally caused bodily injury to the complainant, an individual 65 years of age or older, by striking the complainant’s head with the defendant’s head and, or by forcibly driving his torso and, or chest in the person of complainant and did then and there use or exhibit a deadly weapon, namely a sledgehammer, during the commission of the assault.
Charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, bond was set at $10,000.
Ernest Michael Chavez, 32, on or about July 2, the defendant knowingly possessed, with the intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams.
A second count within the indictment states the defendant, on or about September 17, knowingly possessed a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine in an amount of more than one gram and less than four grams.
An enhancement included in the indictment state defendant had been convicted on or about November 20, 2019, for the felony offense of manufacturing, delivering a controlled substance in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams.
The defendant has been charged with the possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1-B, between four and 200 grams. Bond was set at $10,000.
Jose Ubaldo Delarosa, 28, on or about August 20, the defendant knowingly possessed a controlled substance namely methamphetamine in an amount less than one gram.
Charged with the possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under one gram, bond was set at $14,000.
Alan Garcia-Esparza, 35, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
A second count in the indictment states the defendant, on or about July 22, knowingly agreed to pay a fee to the same individual, for the purpose of engaging in deviate sexual conduct with the individual, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
Charged with the solicitation of prostitution, other payor, bond was set at $2,500.
Atraile Leville Hill, 35, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with said individual, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
A second count in the indictment states the defendant, on or about July 22, knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person, namely the recently mentioned individual for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct, namely deviate sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
Charged with soliciting prostitution, other payor, bond was set at $2,500.
Michael Daniel Infante, 26, on or about May 30, the defendant with the intent to commit theft, entered a building or a portion of a building not then open to the public, without the effective consent of the owner.
Also mentioned, prior to the commission of the charged offense, on or about April 4, 2019, the defendant was convicted for the felony offense of burglary of a building.
Additionally, prior to the commission of the primary offense, on or about April 4, 2019, the defendant was convicted for the felony offense of possessing a controlled substance in the amount of less than one gram.
Charged with the burglary of a building, bond was set at $2,500.
Ethan Stafford King, 29, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with an individual, namely intercourse and the fee constituted money.
A second count in the indictment states the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with the mentioned individual, namely deviate sexual intercourse and the fee constituted money.
Charged with soliciting prostitution, other payor, bond was set at $2,500.
Bobby Landrum, 63, on or about August 9, the defendant coerced who was then and there a prospective witness in an official proceeding, namely a criminal prosecution for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, by asking the witness to lie for him at triel, with the intent to influence the said witness to abstain from, discontinue, and delay the prosecution of another, namely the defendant.
The defendant was charged with tampering with a witness. Gary Gene Littlesoldier, on or about July 22, knowingly agreed to pay another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with an individual, namely intercourse and the fee constituted money.
A second count states the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to the same individual for the purpose of engaging in deviate sexual conduct with the mentioned individual, namely intercourse and the constituted money.
Enhancements in the indictment state that prior to the commission of the charged offense, on or about April 9, 2018, the defendant was convicted of the felony offense of aggravated robbery.
Additionally, prior to the primary offense, on or about October 19, 2018, the defendant committed the felony offense of predatory offender-knowingly violates registration requirement or intentionally provides false information.
The final enhancement on the indictment also includes the defendant being convicted on or about October 24, 2019, for the felony offense of predatory offender-knowingly violates registration requirement or intentionally provides false information.

George Tyrone Luke Jr., on or about July 25, the defendant intentionally and knowingly possessed a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams.
Charged with the possession of a controlled substance penalty group one between four and 200 grams, bond was set at $1,500.
Daniel Hernandez Martinez, 40, on or about October 8, the defendant knowingly possessed, with the intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, in an amount of four grams of more but less than 200 grams.
An enhancement in the indictment states the defendant, on or about August 27, 2008, was convicted for the felony offense of assault on a public servant, harassment by person in a correctional facility.
David Vicente Martinez, 34, on or about September 20, the defendant knowingly possessed, with the intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams.
A second count in the indictment states on or about September 20, the defendant knowing an investigation was in progress, namely an investigation to confirm the existence of his parole warrant, concealed a bag by intentionally dropping it to the ground, with the intent to impair its availability as evidence in the investigation.
Enhancements included in the indictment state on or about August 14, 2013, the defendant was convicted for the felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Additionally, the defendant on or about July 3, 2019, was convicted for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance in the amount of one gram or more but less than four. Linda Pillar Martinez, 20, on or about October 8, the defendant knowingly possessed, with intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams.
Nathan Andrew Martinez, 19, on or about October 12, the defendant while using a motor vehicle, intentionally fled from an individual who the defendant knew was a peace officer who was attempting to lawfully to arrest or detain the defendant.
Javier Diaz Perez, 40, on or about February 1, the defendant knowingly possessed, with the intent to deliver, a controlled substance, namely morphine, in an amount of one gram or more, but less than four grams.
Charged with the possession of a controlled substance penalty group one between one and four grams, the defendant’s bond was set at $10,000.
Jesus Perez Puertas, 47, on or about August 25, the defendant intentionally and knowingly possessed a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, in an amount of less than one gram.
Charged with the possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, the defendant’s bond was set at $1,500.
Steve Rodriguez, 44, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct with an individual, namely deviate sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
Alfredo Solis, 39, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money.
Christopher Xavier Torango, 42, on or about July 22, the defendant knowingly agreed to pay a fee to another person for the purpose of engaging in deviate sexual conduct, namely sexual intercourse, and the fee constituted money. Bond was set at $2,500.
