A deputy with the HCSO was patrolling the area of Highway 114 and College Avenue and attempted a traffic stop for an observed violation. The suspect was arrested for Evading Arrest With a Motor Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group One, between one and four grams.
