The Hockley County Commissioners Court will be holding a regular meeting Monday, June 17, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Hockley County Courthouse.
Agenda items set for the meeting include: Read for approval the minutes of the following meetings held on June 10 and June 13; Read for approval all monthly bills and claims submitted to the Court and dated through June 17; Hear quarterly business review, network performance report and budget overview from Zac Fitzgerald of CTSI; Consider and take necessary action to approve the renewal of the employee insurance with Texas Association of Counties; Consider and take necessary action to Nunc Pro Tunc item nine from the agenda dated June 10 that is shown in the minutes from the Regular Meeting of the Commissioners’ Court to read as follows: “Consider and take necessary action to approve the Amended Plat for Bulldog Estates II, Lots 75-106, an Addition to Hockley County, Texas located in Precinct 4”; Discussion and potential action concerning the application submitted by the Levelland Wallace Theater requesting use of the courthouse lawn on for the Levelland Wallace Theater Camp on June 17 through June 19; Discussion and potential action concerning the two applications submitted by the Levelland Chamber of Commerce requesting use of the courthouse lawn for the following events on the date specified; Home Sweet HoCo set for August 24 and Cotton and Crude Concert set for September 7; Consider and take necessary action to approve the continuation certificate for Gina Sisk, Clerk, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 5; and Discussion and potential action concerning replacement of the fire alarm system at the Hockley County Jail.
