Disposed criminal cases filed in the 286th Judicial District Court:

State v. Andrew G. Valderas, convicted for the offense of Fraudulent Use, Possession of Identifying Information, less than five items. Punishment included confinement for a period of one year and three months, a fine of $500 and probation for a period of three years.

State v. Rosie Grando Marroquin, amended probation for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group One, less than one gram. Punishment included probation for a period of one year and three months and a fine in the amount of $1,000.

State v. Guadalupe Chavez Jr., convicted for the offense of Driving While Intoxicated Third or More. Punishment included confinement for a period of 10 years, and a fine in the amount of $2,500.
