Levelland Economic Development Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting Thursday, May 18 at noon at Levelland City Hall.
Items on the agenda include: - Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held in April.
- Consider and take necessary action on financials for the month of April.
- Discuss and consider taking action on a memorandum of understanding between the City of Levelland and the Economic Development Corporation governing the transfer and reimbursement of funds related to the Texas Department of Agriculture Texas Capital Fund grant received for the Enviro Tech rail park project.
- Hear the directors report including the Rail Park update.
- Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code §551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand in the Levelland are or to deliberate an offer or financial or other incentive to a business prospect seeking to locate, stay or expand in the Levelland area.
