The Levelland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors (LEDC) will be holding a regular meeting Thursday, May 16, beginning at 12 p.m. at City Hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting are as follows: Consider and take necessary action on the regular meeting minutes in April; Consider and take necessary action on monthly financials for April; Directors Report and Rail Park Update; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand, in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to located, stay, or expand, in the Levelland area; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.072 to discuss or deliberate in executive session on certain matters concerning real property; Action pertaining to agenda item six; and Action pertaining to agenda item seven.
