The Levelland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will be holding a regular meeting Thursday, June 20, beginning at 12 p.m. at City Hall.
Agenda items set for the meeting include: Call to Order; Public comment(s); Consider and take necessary action on the minutes of previous regular meeting held in May; Consider and take necessary action on the monthly financials for May; Discuss and update the FY 2024-2025 budget; The Directors Report will include a Rail Park update; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand, in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to located, stay, or expand, in the Levelland area; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.072 to discuss or deliberate in executive session on certain matters concerning real property; Action pertaining to agenda item seven; Action pertaining to agenda item eight; and Adjourn.
