The Levelland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will be holding their monthly regular meeting Thursday, July 18, beginning at 12 p.m. in City Hall.
Agenda items set for the meeting are as follows: Public comment(s); Consider and take necessary action on the regular meeting minutes for June; Consider and take necessary action on the monthly financials for June; Consider and take necessary action on approving budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025; The Directors Report will include a Rail Park update; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand, in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to located, stay, or expand, in the Levelland area; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.072 to discuss or deliberate in executive session on certain matters concerning real property; Action pertaining to item seven; Action pertaining to item eight; and Adjourn.
