The Levelland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will be holding a regular meeting Thursday, January 18 beginning at 12 p.m. in City Hall.
The following agenda items slated for the meeting are as follows: Consider and take necessary action on the minutes of the previous meeting held November 2023; Consider and take necessary action on the monthly financials of November and December 2023; Hear the Directors Report and Rail Park update; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand, in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to located, stay, or expand, in the Levelland area; and Take action pertaining to agenda item six.
