The Levelland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will be holding a regular meeting Thursday beginning at 12 p.m. at City Hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Consider and take necessary action on the minutes of the January regular meeting; Consider and take necessary action on the monthly financials for December 2023 and January 2024; Consider and take necessary action on reappointment of board of director(s): Elgin Conner and Sham Myatt; Consider and take necessary action on the selection of officers: chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer; Directors Report which will include a Rail Park update; Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand, in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to located, stay, or expand, in the Levelland area.
