The Levelland City Council will be holding a regular meeting Monday, June 17, beginning at 6 p.m. in City Hall. Agenda items are as follows: Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes of the June 3 regular meeting, the June 12 special meeting and the June 13 special meeting; Consider and take necessary action on Resolution No. 2024-11 awarding a three-year depository contract for the period of October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2027, with two (2) one-year extension options under the same terms and conditions; Consider and take the necessary action to award a bid for two generators for the public works department; Consider and take the necessary action to award a bid for a pothole machine for the public works department; Consider and take necessary action on the authorization for staff to prepare bid specifications for the solicitation and purchase of Police Tahoe vehicles, Fire Department Brush Truck and Fire Department Ladder Truck; Consider and take necessary action on Resolution 2024-10 extending the May 29, 2024 Disaster Declaration and continued activation of the Levelland Emergency Management Plan or otherwise approving such a declaration and activation; Presentation about the weather incident of May 29; Discussion on the Fiscal Year 25 budget; and City Manager Report: Staff Updates, Project Updates, Staff/ Citizen recognition, Items of Community Interest.
