The Levelland City Council will be holding a regular meeting Monday beginning at 6 p.m. at City Hall. The agenda items slated for the meeting are as follows: Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes of the February 5, regular meeting.
Provide a staff update on the progress of the investigation into the Red Flour Beetles in the Kaufman Addition and seek city council direction.
Consider and take necessary action on Ordinance 1077 regarding Storage of Agricultural Commodities on a first reading.
Consider and take necessary action on the Project Development Agreement (PDA) with Ameresco for the Investment Grade Audit, per the terms in the PDA, on the city’s water meters and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
Consider and take necessary action on Resolution No. 2024-05 updating the City of Levelland authorized representatives for financial management purposes.
City Manager Report will include staff updates, project updates, staff or citizen recognition and items of community interest.
