4/4/2024 - DISPATCHED 2:20 P.M. - CLEARED 2:44 P.M. LEVELLAND The LFD received a report of a grass fire near the intersection of W. Highway 114 and Mile Road. Fire personnel extinguished the fire and waited on scene for Excel to arrive.
4/4/2024 - DISPATCHED 7:25 A.M. - CLEARED 7:40 A.M. LEVELLAND Dispatch advised of a call regarding a transformer that had sparked. Personnel found a transformer that appeared to have been blown out. Excel was contacted while the unit stayed on the scene until released.
4/3/2024 - DISPATCHED 7:33 P.M. - CLEARED 8 P.M. HOCKLEYCOUNTY Dispatch informed the LFD of a leaking wellhead. FM 1859 and FM 1490. Following further investigation, the company representative was already one scene and the well had been shut off.
4/2/2024 - DISPATCHED 6:45 P.M. - CLEARED 7:05 P.M. HOCKLEYCOUNTY The LFD responded to a grass fire in a ditch near Highway 114 and El Paso Road. A small grass fire was located and extinguished.
