The Levelland ISD Board of Trustees will be holding a special meeting Wednesday, August 7, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the administration building boardroom.
Items slated for the meeting include: Call to order; Public forum; Executive session: If, during the course of the meeting the Board of Trustees should determine that a closed or executive meeting or session is required, then such closed or executive meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq., will be held by the School Board in such closed or executive meeting concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including, but not limited to the following sections and purposes: Texas Government Code Section: 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.075, 551.076, 551.082,551.083,551.084,551.0821, 551.087; Open session; Consider appointment of new board member; and Adjourn.
