The Levelland ISD School Board will be holding a special meeting Thursday at 6 p.m. in the administration building to discuss the 2022-2023 budget and tax rates. The meeting will begin with their normal scheduled public hearing and will transition to a public hearing regarding the 2022-2023 Budget and Tax Rate. The board will consider the adoption of the 2022-2023 budget then will consider an ordinance levying a Tax Rate for 2022.
After focusing on the upcoming budget for the fiscal year, the board will consider a 2021-2022 Budget Amendment then discus and approve the 2022-2023 District Improvement Plan.
The board will wrap up with reports for fundraising and a report from superintendent and close with personnel reports to the end the meeting.
