The Levelland Chamber of Commerce hosted the November YELL meeting recently, with guest speaker Matthew Race. Race is an expert on Money Matters and taught students how to make a monthly budget and stick to it. He advised students to read and study the book “The Total Money Makeover” by Dave Ramsey.
