OPERATION TANK UPGRADE – The Levelland Strips located at West Avenue and Houston Street are having their fuel system tank top upgraded with environmental friendly equipment. The mandatary upgrade is being done by MSCS Ltd of Fort Worth, under the supervision of onsite supervisor Kenneth Lane.
