Two officers with the Levelland Police Department responded to a residence within the area concerning a burglary of a habitation. A report was made for the incident.
7/22/2023 - 1300 block of 10th Street - 8:20 P.M.
A Levelland Police Officer responded to a residence within the area regarding a terroristic threat. A report was made with a suspect in mind.
7/22/2023 - 400 block of N. Cedar - 10:23 P.M.
An officer with the Levelland Police Department responded to a residence within the are regarding a disturbance. A report for family violence and injury to a child, elderly and, or disabled individual was made.
7/22/2023 - 700 block of West Avenue - 8:20 P.M.
An officer with the Levelland Police Department responded to Stripes regarding a theft. A report was made for theft less than $100.
7/21/2023 - 600 block of S. College Avenue - 12:26 A.M.
An officer with the Levelland Police Department was dispatched to McDonald’s for a disturbance. Two arrests were later made for public intoxication, interference with public duty and prohibited substances and items in a correctional facility.
7/20/2023 - Law Enforcement Center
An officer with the Levelland Police Department was dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center regarding a stolen musical instrument taken from a residence porch.
7/20/2023 - 200 block of 8th Street - 6:36 A.M.
A Levelland Police Officer patrolling the area conducted a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of one individual.
7/19/2023 - 2000 block of S. College Avenue - 11:32 P.M.
Multiple Levelland Police Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to an accident. After further investigation, one male individual was arrested and transported to Hockley County Jail.
7/19/2023 - 200 block of Avenue M - 9:19 P.M.
Levelland Police Officers patrolling the 1300 block of 2nd Street observed a known male individual with multiple warrants driving a vehicle. After conducting a traffic stop and field investigation, the individual was placed under arrest for two local warrants.
7/16/23 - 400 block of Avenue K - 10:17 P.M.
Multiple Levelland Police Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Avenue K in regard to a burglary. After conducting a field investigation, a report for burglary was filed.
7/16/2023 - 200 block of Avenue J - 1:24 A.M
Multiple Levelland Police Officers were dispatched to a residence within the 200 block of Avenue J in regard to a domestic fight. As a result, one male individual was placed under arrest and released to the Hockley County Jail staff.
7/15/2023 - Avenue B and Fifth Street - 1:53 A.M.
Multiple officers with the Levelland Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Avenue B and Fifth Street in regard to a disturbance. After further investigation, one male individual was taken into custody.
7/12/2023 - 1800 block of Austin Street - 12:22 A.M.
An officer with the Levelland Police Department observed a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado traveling west bound down the 1700 block of Austin Street at a high rate of speed. The officer activated his radar and observed the vehicle traveling 53 mph in a 30 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted and resulted in male individual being placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.
7/7/2023 - 400 block of N. Cedar - 12:59 A.M.
A Levelland Police Officer was dispatched to a residence within the area in reference to a disturbance. A report for family violence assault was made.
7/6/2023 - Law Enforcement Center - 10:58 A.M.
A Levelland Police Officer was dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center to speak with a complainant regarding theft. A report was later generated for the theft.
7/5/2023 – College Avenue and State Highway 114
An officer responded to the Stripes gas station on College Avenue and State Highway 114 regarding a suicidal subject that had locked himself in the bathroom. The male was placed under an emergency detention and transported to Sunrise Canyon in Lubbock, Texas.
7/5/2023 – 1200 block of Avenue H - 12:36 P.M.
An officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Avenue H to serve a warrant. The report states an arrest was made as a result.
7/5/2023 – 2000 block of Harvard Drive - 11:33 A.M.
An officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of Harvard Drive regarding a theft that had already occurred. A report was taken for theft or burglary of a vehicle.
7/4/2023 – 400 block of 11th Street - 12:18 A.M.
An officer responded to the 400 block of 11th Street to assist another officer on a traffic stop. An individual was later arrested for possession of marijuana less than two ounces in a drug free zone.
6/30/2023 - 1300 block of Ave H - 2:52 A.M.
A Levelland Police Officer was dispatched to the Hockley County Jail in reference to a female individual turning herself in for a warrant.
