LABC schedules back-to-school
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will offer the required private Pesticide Applicators Training (PAT) in Levelland on Thursday, August 17.
This training is required by the Texas Department of
LISD registration
New student registration and transfers has begun. REgistration is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Levelland high school.
Students will need birth certificate, social security card, proof of address, Parent/guardian ID, previous school transcript/ grade, legal paper work if necessary and transfer papers if necessary.

Agriculture before taking the exam to obtain the license. A private pesticide applicator is a person who uses or supervises the use of a restricted- use or state limiteduse pesticide or a regulated herbicide for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity.
This license is not for those receiving monetary compensation for a pesticide application.
To participate in a training individuals must call 806-894-3159 by 3:00 p.m. the day prior Wednesday, August 16.
Levelland Academic Beginning Center will hosts its Back to School night be Tuesday, August 8, from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
The training will begin promptly at 1:05 p.m. at the Extension Office, 1212 Houston Street, Levelland. There is a $60 fee for training materials. This is only the required training. Testing will be conducted at a separate time and location.
