REGISTERED ELECTION OFFICIAL - Hockley County Elections Administrator Jody Rose received his certification as a Registered Election Official in the state of Texas Wednesday. Rose was part of the Texas Association of Election Administrators Mid-Winter Conference in Amarillo. The certification is a 32-hour voluntary course that is completed over a two year period.
