Monday: Oven Fried Chicken Breast, bow tie pasta, broccoli raisin salad, whole wheat roll and fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, stewed okra, seasoned corn and pumpkin square.

Wednesday: Sweet and Sour Pork, fried rice, mixed vegetables, tossed salad w/dressing and fruit parfait.

Thursday: Beef Taco Bake, spanish rice, tossed salad w/ dressing, cauliflower and country apple crisp.

Friday: Crispy Chicken Breast on Bun, toamato and lettuce, fat-free mayonnaise, potato wedges, carrot and raisin salad and fruit cocktail. *All meals are served with Low Fat Milk, Tea or Coffee

COCHRANMENU

Monday: Ham and Beans, spinach, seasoned corn, orange pineapple cup, country apple crisp cornbread and margarine.

Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas, refired beans, white rice, tassed vegetable salad, lo cal french dressing, ambrosia and flour tortilla.

Wednesday: Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, stewed okra, seasoned corn and pumpkin square.

Thursday: BBQ Chicken Breast Filet, baked potato w/sour cream, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges w/whipped topping, whole wheat roll and margarine.

Friday: Salmon Patties, scalloped potatoes, green peas, tossed vegetable salad, lo cal french dressing, sliced whole wheat bread and peach-apple crisp.

*All meals are served with a choice of coffee, tea or milk.
