Monday: Swedish Meatball, parsley noodles, mixed vegetables, whole wheat roll/ margarine, angel food cake with strawberries and whipped topping.
Tuesday: BBQ Beef/Sauce, smothered potatoes, pinto beans, apricots and wheat bun.
Wednesday: Beeft Tip Noodles, meadow blend vegetables/corn, chocolate cake w/strawberry and wheat roll.
Thursday: Chicken Teriyaki, fried rice, seasoned vegetable blend and strawberries & bananas.
Friday: Hot Dog on Bun, mustard (1 tsp), baked potato w/ sour cream, seasoned broccoli and pineapple gelatin. *All meals are served with Low Fat Milk, Tea or Coffee
COCHRANMENU
Monday: Chicken Tetrazzini, Italian vegetables, tossed salad w/Italian dressing, oatmeal cookie and garlic bread.
Tuesday: Taco Pie w/Salad Topping, pinto beans, chuck wagon corn, lmit. Peanut butter cup and corn tortilla.
Wednesday: Boneless Pork Chops, turnip greens, black eyed peas, cinnamon applesauce and cornbread.
Thursday: Beef Pot Roast, roast potatoes, roast carrots w/ peppers, peach cobbler and wheat roll. Friday: Tilapia w/lemon, mustard greens, marinated cucumbers & onions, strawberry shortcake and cornbread.
*All meals are served with a choice of coffee, tea or milk.
