The City of Smyer will be holding a regular meeting Thursday, May 9, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Smyer Senior Citizen’s Building.
Items slated for the meeting include: Announcements; Present and consider minutes of the regular meeting held in March; Administer Oath of Office to election officials; Consider and take necessary action on building permits; Consider and take necessary action on Weed Control Ordinance; Engineer Report – Colden Rich; Report on Fire Department – facilities; Report on Water/Wastewater – facilities; Approve Financial Report; Executive Session – Deliberation on Real Property; and Executive Session – Employee Reviews, Personnel Matters.
