The Smyer ISD will operate the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program for school year 2023-2024.
Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reducedprice, and paid student meals. This approach reduces the burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no charge to all students who attend Smyer ISD.
