The South Plains College Board of Regents will be holding a regular meeting Thursday, April 13 at 12:30 p.m.
The board will be approving a resolution honoring the track and field teams followed by the proposed employment list of 2023-2024.
The vice president for academic affairs will be giving a report on the annual SPC, TTU Transfer Summit and the ALERRT Regional Training Center.
The vice president of student affairs will be discussing the 2023 second eight-week enrollment report, 2022-2023 Q2 Title IX report, Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony update and recruitment and retention communication tools and messages.
The vice president of business affairs will be presenting the Tax Office Report, Finnancial Report, HEERF Expenditures, a possible resolution to extend depository and the unrestricted funds to complete funding for the welding renovation.
The president’s report will include a legislative update, construction update, faculty rank recommendation, consideration of moving the regular May 11 meeting to 4 p.m. and the update on the year-end events.
