The South Plains College Board of Regents will be holding a regular meeting March 21, beginning at 12:30 p.m. in the Administration Building.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Approval of minutes; Student satisfaction survey results;
The vice president for academic affairs will present the Occupational Skills Award and Barber Certificate for the board to consider; The vice president for student affairs will present the Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony update, FY 2021 Cohort Default Rate from US Department of Education and require the approval of Policy FH – Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Non-Discrimination; The vice president of business affairs will present the Tax Office report, Financial report, Quarterly Investment report and selection of audit firm; The vice president for institutional advancement and director of development will provide a 2024 Scholarship Gala update; and The President’s Report will include faculty rank and tenure recommendations, a construction update and consider tuition fee changes.
