The South Plains College Board of Regents will be holding their monthly meeting May 11, in the administration building at the Levelland campus at 4 p.m.
Following public comment and the approval of minutes of the prior meeting, Vice President for Academic Affairs Ryan Gibbs will be giving a report on the employee service awards, curriculum changes and the group will consider an EDA Grant matching commitment.
Vice President for Student Affairs Stanley DeMerritt will provide a graduation update along with student awards.
Vice President for Business Affairs Teresa Green will give the board a report on the tax office, financials and HEERF expenditures.
Vice President for Institutional Advancement Julie Gerstenberger will provide a SPC Foundation Scholarship Budget and the board will consider the biology wing naming.
President Robin Satterwhite will give the group a construction update, legislative update and the board will consider moving the next meeting to June 15.
