The Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, September 12, in the council chambers at 5:30 p.m.
Following the approval of minutes for the regular meeting August 8 and special meeting August 29 and citizen appearances, the following items are slated for the meeting: A public works, library and police department update will be given to the council; Action items include Ordinance No. 594 Adopt Budget, Ordinance No. 595 Adopt Tax Rate, Ordinance No. 596 Gas and Garbage Increase, Hazard Mitigation Plan and October council meetings; The council will review the payables for the month of August; and The city administrator will give a report to the council regarding current city projects with a seal coat project shown on the agenda.
