The City of Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, June 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at the Sundown City Hall.
The agenda includes a public update, library update and a Sundown Police Department update before approving the minutes of the previous regular meeting May 9, and the special meeting held May 16.
Action items listed include: A presentation and approval of an annual audit; Elect Mayor Pro-Tem; Appoint members and alternate to building standards; Ordinance No. 592 Utility Fee-RV, Manufactured Homes; and Ordinance No. 593Manufactored Home Permits. The council will review the payables for May 2023.
The city administrators report will include a fiscal year 2023-2024 budget, city property-Huerta, Sabinal properties and tour of the new library.
