The Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting April 9, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at city hall.
The agenda items slated for the meeting are as follows: Updates from public works, library, SPD, SVFD and city hall; Approval of minutes from the March 12 meeting; Discuss and review the Action Plan for Lift Station Five; Presentation and approval of annual audit; Max McGlasson, animal permit review and action;
Collins Addition, review and take actions on the deed restrictions; Resolution #180 Municipal Maintenance Agreement-TXDOT Review/Resolutions #108 and 109Investment Policy /Strategies; Quarterly financial and investment reports; Payables for the month of March; and Billy Reyes, property located at 201 E 1st.
