The Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting February 13 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Sundown Council Chambers.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Updates from public works, library, police and fire; Approval of minutes of the regular meeting held January 9; Hockley County 2023 Interlocal Agreement for street maintenance and fire service; Ordinance 600, special election for reauthorization of one-fourth of one percent municipal sales tax to provide revenue for maintanence and repair of existing city streets; Racial profile; Library policies; Sabinal Property contract approval; Real estate contract with Hockley County Abstract; Review payables for the month of January; and
Administrators report which includes: council election signup, landfill, cemetery, TCEQ and TML meeting updates.
