The City of Sundown will hold a regular City Council meeting Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
Items on the agenda include: -Hear public works updates, library updates and police department updates.
-Approve the minutes from the regular meeting held February 14.
-Consider and take necessary action regarding a presentation from Brian Woodring and John Hoffman with Veolia -Consider and take necessary action on mobile home and manufactured home permits.
-Consider and take necessary action to cancel general election-council members.
-Consider and take necessary action on resolution #177: funding request on behalf of the City of Sundown Library to the MS Doss Foundation.
-Consider and take necessary action on resolution #178: authorizing the submission of a Tx Comm Dev Block Grant Prog Application to the Tx Dept of Agriculture of the Community Development Fund.
-Consider and take necessary action on Sabinal discussion of properties.
-Consider and take necessary action on GC Management transfer of responsibility.
-Consider and take necessary action relative to payables for the month of February.
-Hear the administrator’s report including WWTP, CDPG, SEAL COAT, TML Region 3 – Thursday March 23 and Travel to tour the WWTP.
