The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking public input as the agency looks to prioritize transportation needs through 2050.
On Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, TxDOT is hosting an open house at Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, Room 104/105, 1501 Mac Davis Lane, Lubbock, TX 79401 for Connecting Texas 2050, TxDOT’s statewide long-range transportation plan.
During previous Connecting Texas 2050 public meetings, held in spring 2023, Texans shared a variety of ways that improvements to the state’s transportation system could support a better quality of life down the road. This fall the agency will share potential strategies that could be implemented between now and 2050 to meet this need.
