The Hockley County (Voices Coalition) Back - to - school Backpack Give away has been set for Saturday, August 5th 10 a.m.12:00 p.m. at Capitol Elementary, 401 Ellis Street.
The backpacks will be distributed in the drive-through in front of the school.
Information will be gathered from each student who must be in the vehicle to receive a backpack.
