Texas native musician makes Levelland stop

COLLEGE AVENUE CONSTRUCTION - College Avenue roadwork has relocated through-traffic to the newly built paved lanes. Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) moved traffic Monday to begin working on the other side of the roadway.
