LISD early out dismissal times for summer release

There will be an early dismissal on Friday, May 17, for LISD.The Academic Beginnings Center will be dismissed at 12 p.m.Capitol and South Elementary will be dismissed at 12 p.m.The Levelland High School and Levelland Middle School will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m.

Downtown Levelland hosted the “West” Texas Downtown Regional Round Table event Wednesday at Studebaker Events.Main Street Manager Tania Moody explained that the goal of the event is to connect Texas Downtown Members and Area Professionals.
AUTISM AWARENESS - A check was presented for $900 from Levelland ABC as well as a personal check on behalf of the Lopez Family. Pictured is Jeremy Lopez, Jeanette Lopez and Zeth Lopez. They presented the check to Jere Lynn Burkhart at the Texas Tech Burkhart Center walk for Autism Awareness on April 28.
