The Texas Department of Transportation, along with their safety education partners are encouraging individuals who transport children to attend a safety seminar Saturday, September 23, at Amigos, 112 N. University Avenue in Lubbock, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to have their child’s car seat checked.
