HOCKLEYCOUNTY

 Monday: Pork chops, spinach, black eye peas, cornbread and baked apple slices.

Tuesday: Spaghetti/ meat sauce, Italian vegetables, broccoli, garlic toast and autumn Jell-O.

Wednesday: Herb roasted chicken thighs, potato wedges, whole wheat roll/margarine, peas & carrots and strawberries w/ shipped topping.

Thursday: Taco salad & corn chips, seasoned corn, watermelon and peach cobbler.

Friday: BBQ beef/ sauce, smothered potatoes, pinto beans, whole wheat bun and apricots.

All meals served with coffee, tea, water or low fat milk.

COCHRANCOUNTY 

Monday: Salisbury steak, mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, spinach, pea salad, whole wheat dinner roll and fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Ham & beans, spinach, seasoned corn, orange pineapple cup, cornbread w/ margarine and country apple crips.

Wednesday: Vegetable beef stew, zucchini squash, tossed vegetable salad w/ lo cal. French dressing, whole what dinner roll and apricots.

Thursday: Roast beef w/ brown gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, Waldorf salad, sliced whole wheat bread and banana pudding.

Friday: Hot dog on bun/ mustard, baked potatoes w/sour cream, seasoned broccoli, and pineapple gelatin.
