Tickets are now available for the Cotton & Crude Festival Pancake Breakfast scheduled for Saturday, September 17, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Levelland. The annual breakfast begins the day’s activities for the second annual Cotton & Crude Festival.
The breakfast will include pancakes, bacon, eggs, tortillas, orange juice and coffee, to be served from 7 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., on the north corner of Avenue G and Houston. Tickets are $5 per person in advance and also the day of the event. Children five years of age and younger eat free. Street side dining as well as carry out plates will be available.
“We want to invite everyone to join us for breakfast for the Cotton & Crude Festival,” said Stephen John, Rotary Club spokesperson. “It’s a great way to begin a great day on the courthouse square for this annual event.” Tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting Bob Murray at City Bank, Rusell Riley at Prosperity Bank and Landon McCormack at First Bank and Trust in Levelland. Club members from both the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club and the Noon Rotary Club are also selling tickets. The breakfast functions as a fundraising project for both Rotary Clubs and benefits a number of community projects.
