The Morton Indians found rough going in Boys’ Ranch last Thursday as they fell 26-0 to the Roughriders in UIL high school 11-man football action. Boys’ Ranch led 12-0 in the first quarter and at half-time. They added eight in the third quarter and six in the fourth quarter.
Morton junior Alex Lopez was 0-for-4 in the air and had 15 carries for 48 yards.
Senior Cy Marshall had 12 carries for 48 yards.
Freshman E.J. Rivas nine carries for 35 yards.
Freshman Zephaniah Silvas had five carries for 11 yards.
The Indians will play Booker on Saturday at Amarillo Highland Park at 5 p.m.
