The Levelland High School graduating classes of ‘69-‘73, will be hosting a 50th Class Reunion Friday, October 21. The reunion will be held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Levelland Intermediate School Cafeteria, located at 10th Street and Avenue E. Due to the pandemic, reunions were forced to cancel previously scheduled reunions, making an impact on being able to celebrate the 50th class reunions.
This year will be a combined 50th class reunion for Classes ‘69-- ‘73. The reunion will host light snacks, a special cake commemorating the 50 years, a raffle drawing for a handcrafted post office door box bank created by Terry Wilson, Class of ‘73.
All proceeds will be donated to the Wallace Theater in Randy “Bull” Evans memory.
Evans maintained the website and the Levelland Memorial Wall Facebook page. His widow has been invited and will be attending the reunion as well.
There will be no registration fee for the Friday night 50th celebration.
For those planning to attend the All Class Super Reunion, fees should be paid to Russel Vest, 504 Clubview Drive, Levelland, Texas, 79336. His email is rwvest@gmail.com.
Fees for the Super Reunion are $35 pre-paid or $40 at the door.
All details can be found on the Levelland High School Super Reunion Facebook page.
