The Hockley County Commissioners Court will hold a regular meeting Monday, October 17, at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom. The court will begin the meeting with the approval of the minutes from the previous regular meeting on October 3. They will consider and approve all monthly bills and claims submitted to the court dated through October 17. The court will consider and take necessary action to approve the user agreement to purchase driver records or driver record monitoring services between the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas and Hockley County. The commissioners will consider and take necessary action to authorize the County Judge to sign the Notice of Election for the November, 8, 2022 General Election. The court will consider and take action to approve the Treasurer’s third quarter 2022 financial report. The court will consider and take the necessary action to approve the clinical services agreement between Covenant Hospital Levelland and Hockley County. The commissioners will review the September 2022 fire runs as submitted by the City of Levelland. The court will hold a discussion and potential action concerning the Mosaic handrail images. The court will end the meeting with the consideration and necessary action to approve the monthly reports submitted by the Hockley County District Clerk, Justice of the Peace Precincts 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the Hockley County Auditor pursuant to 114.044 Local Government Code
