Another Day With Dom!

I think a majority of residents in Levelland have heard at least a portion of the awful events that happened Thursday morning.

As a media outlet it is our duty to report events such as this, but for me this is one of the first times I have come across circumstances as sad as these.

We hope that Mr. Corder can come back from his injuries and be stronger than ever. I am sure Mr. Corder and Mrs. Goforth’s family, friends and colleagues are struggling with the events of Thursday and I hope they can find any comfort from the out pouring of support from the community. This is my first time being in this position, seeing so many people grieve and mourn the loss of a colleague and a loved when.

The agencies that take care of our community has lost a key individual and there is another individual in Mr. Corder who is battling the injuires he sustained in the wreck. During the press conference, Chief Garcia of the Levelland PD explained that prayers and well wishes are needed for everyone involved and all parties that were affected by the situation. If anyone feels inclined to assist in donations for either family, please go through the proper channels as there are a lot of scams and individuals trying to takeaway from peoples kindness. No matter the agency protecting our town, thank them for their service.
