The Hockley County Commissioners Court will be holding a special meeting, Monday, November 14 at 9 a.m.
The Commissioners Court will begin the meeting with a reading and possible approval of the last regular meeting held November 7.
The monthly bills and claims submitted to the court dated through November 14 will be discussed for approval.
The court will hear the monthly public assistance report.
Consideration and necessary action will be action will be taken to adopt and approve the plan agreement for the 2023 plan year for the contribution rate paid by Hockley County to Texas County and District Retirement System.
The court will take the necessary action to nunc pro tunc item 4 on the previous November 14 regarding the start date of the new 4-H extensive agent.
Necessary action and approval will be needed for the corrected plat lots of six through 31, cotton country estates. A subdivision of tract 23 and part of tract 25, Ropesfille Farm project.
Additional action will be take to approve the plot for lots one through 74, building estates, an addition to Hockley County, Texas, located in precinct 4.
