The Cochran County Stock Show schedule of events for 2023 are as follows: Beginning Wednesday, January 11, at 4 p.m. will be Lamb Weigh-in and Goats Weigh-in directly after.
On Thursday, January 12, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. will be Barrow Weigh-in. At 6 p.m. will be the Lamb Show, followed by the Goat Show, followed by the Lamb and Goat Showmanship.
On Friday, January 13, beginning at 9 a.m. Gilt and Barrow Show will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, January 13, followed by the Swine Showmanship.
The Steer Weigh-in will be at 11 a.m. followed by the Heifer Show and Steer Show at 3 p.m., followed by the Cattle Showmanship immediately afterwards.
On Saturday, January 14, at 8 a.m. will be the Ag Mechanics Show and Rabbit Weigh-in, followed by the Rabbit Show at 9 a.m.
At 12 p.m. a meal will be served in the Morton ISD cafeteria, located at 500 W. Champion Street.
The awards presentation will be held at 1 :30 p.m. followed by the Premium Sale.
Barn set up will be January 8, at 2 p.m.
Prize money will be handed out at 2 p.m during barn clean-up Sunday, January 15.
