The City of Levelland Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, December 13 at City Hall with the meeting beginning at 6 p.m.
The commission will be holding a public hearing to consider re-zoning and renaming certain subdivisions in SF-1 zones for carports.
Following the hearing, the group will consider and recommend taking necessary action on the rezoning and renaming of certain subdivisions in SF-1 district for carports.
Additionally, the commission will hold another public hearing to consider re-zoning 211 Clubview Drive from SF-2 to a B-2 zone.
Once the public hearing has concluded, the commission will consider and recommend taking necessary action regarding the re-zoning of 211 Clubview Drive from SF-2 to a B-2 zone.
To wrap up the regular meeting, the commission will review the food truck rough draft and permit fees.
Any statements that will be made by citizens will be held at the beginning of the meeting.
