The City of Sundown will be holding a City Council meeting December 13 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
The council will department updates regarding the library, public works, police departments and city hall.
Shortly after, the council will approve the November 15th meeting minutes.
Action items on the agenda include: Resolution #172, the council will consider and take action on the code of conduct in conjunction with the city’s 23/24 Community Development Block Grant.
Resolution 173, the consideration and possible awarding of the contract for professional administrative services for 23/24 CD Grant application and Implementation after funding.
Resolution #174, the council will consider awarding the contract for profession engineering services for 23/24 CD Grant application and 2023 seal coat project.
An included action item will be Danny Green, Brent Evans Convoy Street Properties The council will consider monthly expenditures and will hear a report from the city administrator.
