Monday: Polish Sausage with red cabbage and sweet and sour sauce, German potato salad, Black Forest parfait, wheat roll and milk.
Tuesday: King Ranch casserole with vegetables and corn tortillas, pinto beans, sugar cookie, pineapple ring and milk ot tea.
Wednesday: Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, mixed greens, peach short cake, wheat roll and milk or tea.
Thursday: BBQ chicken breast, smothered potatoes, carrots and raisin salad, sliced apples, wheat roll and milk or tea.
Friday: Pollock wedge with lemon, lima beans, coleslaw with raisins, lemon cookie, cornbread and milk and tea.
COCHRAN MENU
Monday: Chicken Spaghetti, carrots, zucchini, bananas and vanilla pudding and wheat bread.
Tuesday: Beef enchiladas, borracho beans, Spanish rice, coleslaw, apricots and cornbread.
Wednesday: Chicken fried steak with brown gravy, scalloped potatoes, green peas, tossed vegetable salad with Italian dressing and fruit cocktail.
Thursday: Baked chicken and dumplings, peas, tossed vegetable salad with dressing, winter fruit cup and wheat roll.
Friday: Sloppy Joe on a bun, country potato salad, carrots and zucchini and creamy fruit square.
*All meals are served with a choice of coffee, tea or milk.
