The City of Levelland City Council will hold a regular meeting Monday, December 19 at 6 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
The council will discuss and take action to approve the vehicle lease or other options with Levelland EMS.
Action will be taken on a water tower lease agreement with Nate’s Access, LLC.
The council will act on a resale property, 528 W Jefferson St, lot 14, block one, north side addition, to the city of Levelland. That will include mobile home R17414.
Action will be taken on Resolution No. 2022-46, placing a temporary moratorium on issuing any license for the operation of any amusement redemption machine game room under Article 4.1400 of the Levelland Code of Ordinances.
The council will take action to authorize staff to solicit bids and establish bid specifications for sale of a 1.75-acre tract of land located on the northeast corner of West Avenue and Equalizer Road.
The council will take action to approve an employment contract for Municipal Court Judge.
The council will wrap-up the meeting by convening into executive session in accordance with the Texas Government Code 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee: city manager review.
